• With 6 Full CNC Bending Machines, we have the capability to bend tube and almost any hollow section from 6mm to 152mm O/D in Mild Steel, Stainless, Copper & Aluminium
• Our 6 Station Endformer enables us to flare, bulge and bead tube from 50mm to 127mm O/D
• Extensive Fabrication facilities enable us to finish tubes with flanges & bracketery
• Our Inhouse Toolroom enables us to create quality checking templates and jigs for full production runs
• Extensive quality checking with our 3 Axis measuring machines, Faro Arm & ITP
• Pressure Test facilities onsite
• Degreasing & Hot Water Rinse enable us to certify cleanliness
• Full Painting / Powder Coating facilites enable us to finish the product to your specification.
